Meditation

Meditation is simply consciously directing one's attention in order to transcend the never-ending flow of thoughts that go through our minds. It helps us discover more about ourselves and as a result allows us to be able to make more accurate decisions about what is important for us and what isn't. Being able to meditate can help us beat stress and relax; boost concentration and sharpen the brain;  alleviate chronic ailments like insomnia and generally assist in reducing the negativity in our lives. If achieving some of these goals are important to you , please join us each Monday evening at the church at 7 p.m. for an hour of learning this wonderful practice.
